Our Flexi-disc range of flexible
couplings offers an unrivalled package of performance, features and
versatility.
Performance
The Flexi-disc range of metal disc couplings can transmit torques up
to 260,000 Nm and accept maximum bore diameters up to 370 mm. High operating
speeds up to 24,000 rpm can be achieved with dynamic balancing.
Features
Flexi-disc offers maintenance free operation, zero backlash, torsional
rigidity, low reactional forces, good chemical and corrosion resistance
with stainless steel disc packs and no fretting corrosion.
Versatility
Flexi-disc offers a multitude
of different configurations including single element, double element,
close coupled, dropout versions, variable length spacers and is also
able to meet API 610 and API 671 specifications.
