Our extensive Splining facilities include machines that can cut splined shafts of up to 3m long and 300mm Diameter.

We also have the ability to cut internal splines using either broaching or gear shaping methods. We can produce splined shafts with internal diameters of 1m and 200mm face width. info@ndetransmissions.co.uk  

A very comprehensive range of Hobs and Cutters are available which enables us to cut our numerous spline designs.

We can produce special splined shafts with customer specific features such as minimum backlash for increased relibility and quieter running and increase capacity by heat treating the splined shafts.  

We also offer a 'cut only service' where we can spline customers 'free issue' shafts.
